SELL ME YOUR CARDS!
If you’re looking to sell some cards as a bulk lot to offload them quickly, this is a service I do offer. This service is unfortunately not always open. It can be opened and closed at any random date and time as it entirely depends on if I am looking to buy in more cards, and if I have the funds.
If the form is currently closed you can still enquire by using the "contact me" page and the very least I can do is try give an estimate as to when the service will re open. If you are looking to sell cards that are from a different TCG you may still submit the form - I am aiming in the future to expand to sell other TCG's as well but don't have a set goal for when this will happen.
Hey! So PLEASE read this first before
submitting the form!!
This is a bit lengthy however it should provide you with all the information you need to ensure I can provide you with the best quote possible.
This is how the process will pan out, so please read to ensure you don't make any errors. If you're unsure about any part of it or need any advice, we can discuss this over email:
-
Fill in this form and submit it!
-
I aim to get a quote to you within 7 days but will aim to do this as quickly as possible.
-
The initial quote cover cover the value of the products/items. I may also make an estimate for the best cost based on the number of cards you are looking to sell.
-
After I provide you with a quote, you’ll have 7 days to accept it. If more than 7 days pass and you still want to sell your bulk, I’ll need to issue a new quote. This is because Cardmarket is a live market and the value could increase or decrease at any time.
-
Place your cards in a suitable box, measure its dimensions, and weigh it. You can check the couriers website for guidelines. If you have any questions or need advice on how to pack it, I’m happy to assist.
-
If you are happy with your quote, I will send you the full amount including the postage fee via PayPal.
-
Payment will be made through PayPal using goods and services; I'll cover the additional fee, ensuring you receive the full quoted amount. I will also confirm with you prior to payment the email for your PayPal account, so don’t worry if you put a different email into the form.
-
I will then provide you with an address I would like you to send it to.
-
Pay for your postage online with either Royal Mail. Unfortunately I can only accept parcels sent by Royal Mail, as it will be sent to a PO box and most other couriers do not ship to a PO box.
-
Once you receive the email confirmation from your courier, please forward this to me. The email must show the amount paid for the postage, and the recipients name and address. If the email does not contain the tracking number, then please send this to me as well.
-
When you purchase your label, Royal Mail require you to dispatch the parcel within 7 days.
-
This is also why I strongly advise you purchase the label online. If you purchase the label in store, they will expect you to hand over the parcel immediately. By doing this at home you have a bit more time to get it sorted. It is very easy to claim a refund for an unused label from Royal Mail, just bare in mind that it can take a few weeks.
-
You can either print the label at home and fix it to the parcel OR go to your local Post Office, show them the QR code in the email they sent you, and they will print the label for you.
I might not agree to purchase every bulk lot submitted through this form. My decision to purchase depends on various factors including (but not limited to) the contents of your bulk, what I need to restock, and the funds I have available. If I decline your bulk, I will aim to provide a reason why.
I will aim to contact you with a quote within 7 days. This may be sooner depending on how many other requests there are and how quickly I can get through these. If you are happy to proceed, payment will be taken by PayPal only. Payment will be sent under "for goods and services" and I will foot the additional fee so you will still get the full amount I quote you. This is so that in the event that something should go wrong, I can claim my money back.
If I receive your bulk order and it is is significantly not as described and I feel severely misled, I might consider requesting a refund through PayPal:
If I decide to request a refund, I will contact you first through the same email. You will have five days to respond, including weekends. If I don’t receive a response or a valid explanation, I will proceed to claim a refund via PayPal.
Please see section 5.4 in the terms and conditions for details on what is considered being significantly not as described. Minor errors are considered acceptable; I am completely appreciative of how much time it takes to sort through bulk and human errors do happen! Please see section 5.4 in the terms and conditions for details on what is considered a minor error.
And lastly, so long as you are honest as you can be in this form and you do everything correctly you have nothing to worry about. All of this is to have both of our backs covered. I’m not just making sure I’m protected, but that you are too! I want you to feel confident and at ease knowing this is a genuine exchange where everyone benefits.
As well, I know T's and C's can be boring and the temptation is always there to skip, but there is some other information in there that might help! (There's a link to this near the bottom of the form!). If for whatever reason in between you submitting this form and me making payment there are any changes to the terms and conditions, I will inform you.
Please note that responses from me will come from toadtrovetcg@gmail.com so if you don't hear from me, please check your spam inbox!
If you are not sure how to describe your bulk, I have made a short guide here.
